3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors.
- Service was not provided as described.
- Technical issues that prevented access to paid features.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Hearts (virtual currency) that have been used or partially consumed.
- Subscription periods that have already been fully utilized.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago, unless required by applicable law.

- The date and amount of the transaction.
- The reason for your refund request.
6. Processing Time

7. App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests related to in-app purchases.
